Aubree Kay Lemonade is our youngest Vendor. She is an aspiring entrepreneur with tons of dreams of a strong business future. She will have lemonade and Sweet tea throughout the season.
It all started with 6 goats, 10 chickens and a bucket of asparagus. In 2018 we started raising goats as a hobby. The asparagus launched us into the farmers market world. We quickly realized there was a local need for goat production and what started as a hobby transformed into a larger operation.
We will have Goat milk soaps, lotions and candles. Jams, BBQ sauces, rubs, pickled items, asparagus, eggs and baked goods.

I currently do freeze-dried vegetables, fruits, soup mixes and of course candies. I'm excited to see you all at the market this year.
I put my orchard in 17 years ago with varieties such as State fair, Honey crisp, Sweet 16, Red Prairie Spy, Snowsweet, Zestar, Haral Red, Honey Gold, Fireside and Harrelson.
State fair apples are ready at the end of August and makes the best applesauce. The late season apples are the Harrelson and Red Prairie Spy, Harvested in late October.
