My orchard is18 years ago with varieties such as State fair, Honey crisp, Sweet 16, Red Prairie Spy, Snow sweet, Zestar, Haral Red, Honey Gold, Fireside and Harrelson.
State fair apples are ready at the end of August and makes the best applesauce. The late season apples are the Harrelson and Red Prairie Spy, Harvested in late October.
